The layout of the apartments offers practicality for families, with kitchen facilities designed for self-catering and spacious living areas that help keep everyone comfortable. Convenient laundry facilities on-site provide an added touch for longer stays, making it easier to manage day-to-day needs without hassle.
Inconsistent customer service sticks out, especially given the number of people who faced different levels of assistance. Requests for specific room types and other accommodations may not be honored as expected, which can lead to unnecessary stress—like dealing with an uncomfortable double bed instead of the twin beds that were booked. issues with returning deposits and inadequate responses regarding inquiries can turn a positive experience into a frustrating one, showing a need for better management in communication.

The studio features a well-equipped kitchenette that makes snack prep easy. A comfortable layout that efficiently utilizes space. The decor leans modern, which gives a fresh vibe to the place.
Getting to the entrance can be a hassle. the buzzer system feels outdated, requiring guests to step out of their vehicles to gain access. the laundry facilities weren't well-managed, which may frustrate those needing to use them. The surrounding area can be a bit daunting for those less familiar with the neighborhood, especially after dark, which may dampen your overall comfort.

Useful kitchen facilities for self-catering, Proximity to Westfield Shopping Center, Well-maintained communal areas
Room cleanliness could be enhanced to avoid unclean surfaces!!! More efficient laundry facilities would reduce wait times and frustrations during peak periods!!! Adequate towels should be ensured without the need to request!!!

I enjoyed my stay in the One-Bedroom Apartment. The kitchenette had everything I needed, from a good-sized fridge to tea and coffee facilities. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Westfield and Stratford International. It’s easy to get to by car with plenty of parking options at reasonable rates. The common lounge area is great for relaxing, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One downside was the limited TV channels. I couldn’t access Netflix or Prime. It would have made the stay perfect. the air conditioning was locked, making it hard to adjust to the temperature. Still, the apartment was comfortable, and I felt very welcome during my time here.

The Twin Studio was pretty comfy! It had a well-equipped kitchen that was super handy—dishwasher included! The room was clean and modern, making it feel welcoming. Loved that the bathroom was spacious and had high-quality fixtures. Just a minor downside was the limited tea options—only herbal and coffee available. But other than that, I had a nice stay!

the one-bedroom apartment was super comfy, and we loved the great soundproofing. the views from the 14th floor were awsumm! location is awesome, bus and tube stations r super close, and westfield mall is just a short walk away. also, the staff were friendly and helped us whenever we needed. really enjoyed our stay!
the mattress was a bit too hard for my liking, and we had some trouble with the lights in the room not working right.

The room i booked was smaller than expected, but
it had a decent kitchen area for preparing meals. Unfortunately, everything was covered in dust and the mattress was too hard for my family’s comfort. The shower drain was also problematic, which made our stay less enjoyable.
